C-100

The C-100 is a three-component velocity equivalent output seismometer. The sensor consisted basically from three geophone elements, one per axis. When combined with our force-balance electronics (third generation), the bandwidth is extended to 10sec – 98Hz, and the sensitivity is increased to 1500V/m/sec.

The seismometer electronics are integrated to SRi32L digitizer and provide sensitivity 1500V/m/sec. The default cable length is approximately 20 meters but it can be extended up to150 meters. A dot sign, engraved on the plastic cover of the case, indicates the direction of each axis. A smart elastic clamping ensures excellent coupling with the borehole at any depth.
